基于游客感知基础上导游服务质量管理是促进我国第三服务业发展的有力手段。通过游客期望的导游服务质量与游客实际接受的导游服务质量之间的比较得出相应评价管理标准,明确我国旅游服务行业的发展方向,推进我国旅游产业的进一步发展。
Based on tourist perception, guided tour service quality management is a powerful means to promote the development of the third service industry in our country. Through the comparison between the service quality of tour guides expected by tourists and the service quality of tour guides actually accepted by tourists, the corresponding evaluation management standards are obtained, the development direction of China’s tourism service industry is clarified and the further development of tourism industry in our country is promoted.
