基于尖点位移突变模型的多夹层盐穴储气库群间矿柱稳定性分析

考虑到盐穴储气库群间矿柱失稳破坏可以看成矿柱变形从连续逐渐变化到系统发生突变的过程,是一种典型的非线性突变问题.本文建立了盐穴储气库群间矿柱稳定性分析的尖点位移突变模型,克服了单纯采用有限单元强度折减法计算矿柱稳定性安全系数过程中不能精确量化失稳判别标准的缺点,大大提高了矿柱稳定性安全系数模拟计算精度.利用上述模型研究了埋深、内压、矿柱宽度、蠕变时间等因素对多夹层盐穴储气库群间矿柱稳定性影响规律,并实例计算得到国内某盐穴储气库Y-1和Y-2间矿柱的稳定性安全系数,给出相应作业参数推荐值.计算结果表明:尖点位移突变模型具有很好的实用性,能精确给出矿柱稳定性安全系数;矿柱安全系数随着埋深和运行时间增加而降低,随着内压和矿柱宽度增加而增加.由于Y-1,Y-2盐穴储气库为采卤形成的溶腔再利用,导致矿柱宽度过小,造成矿柱稳定安全系数低,受到内压、运行时间、内压差和采气降压速率影响较为显著,建议内压不低于7MPa,使用年限不大于5年,内压差不大于3MPa,采气速率不大于0.50MPa/day.
