本实验使用组织培养技术对472种中草药(均含生药10mg/ml)进行了抗Ⅰ型单纯疱疹病毒的初筛(定性)和复筛(定量)研究。水与乙醇提取物初筛出有效药物,经复筛后有效率减少28.8~80.0%。4种给药途径的有效机率(以同时给药途径为基数)为管外>同时>治疗>预防。给药途径越多,一种药物的有效程度却越少。两种提取物或各给药途径经复筛出10种高效药物:青木香、刘寄奴、乌药、败普草、马尾松、夏枯草、石韦、盐肤木、海藻和蒲公英。
In this experiment, primary screening (qualitative) and rescreening (quantitative) studies of herpes simplex virus type I were performed on 472 Chinese herbal medicines (both containing crude drug 10 mg/ml) using tissue culture techniques. The water and ethanol extracts were initially screened for effective drugs, and the efficiency decreased by 28.8 to 80.0% after rescreening. The effective rate of the four routes of administration (based on the simultaneous route of administration) was extra-corporeal> simultaneous> treatment> prevention. The more route of administration, the less effective a drug is. Two kinds of extracts or each route of administration were screened out of 10 highly effective drugs: Aristolochia, Liusinuo, Oxfamia, Papaya, Pinus massoniana, Prunella vulgaris, Shiwei, Hutuophyllum, seaweed and dandelion.
