专家们在此次研讨会上指出,如果站在监管者的角度,在当前越来越复杂的市场变化下,应该更加重视资本市场本身的建设问题,即提高资本市场的素质。而这个素质主要就是监管队伍的素质。有专家指出,股市既然是虚拟经济,其高与低不应当是监管部门特别关注的地方。监管部门要关注两方面:一是资本市场素质到底怎么样?二是假如泡沫形成,是否会导致系统性的金融风险?这是中央政府、监管部门应该重点关注的地方。
Experts at the seminar pointed out that if the regulatory authorities are concerned, under the current increasingly complicated market changes, more attention should be paid to the building of the capital market itself, that is, to enhancing the quality of the capital market. This quality is mainly the quality of the regulatory team. Some experts pointed out that since the stock market is a fictitious economy, the highs and lows should not be a special concern of regulators. Regulators should pay attention to two aspects: First, how are the quality of the capital market? Second, if the bubble is formed, will it lead to systemic financial risks? This is where the central government and regulatory authorities should focus their attention.
