中国房地产业已经成为一个社会关注度很高、情绪化影响很大、学术研究水平很低、政策手段很矛盾、调控效果很不确定的产业。在房价居高不下、政策调控迟迟不见成效的背后,交织着中央政府、地方政府、房地产开发商以及广大民众之间纷繁芜杂的利益博弈,而今年“两会”所传递的政策信号将对博弈各方的心态和利益产生巨大的影响。本刊记者通过不同的视角,对中国房地产的政策、时局,以及国内外房企的典型个案进行了解读和跟踪采访,以期对中国房地产政治背后的房企和民众的个人命运有一个清晰的反映。
