借助于断裂力学的方法及残余应力的测定,分析了55优质碳素结构钢冷拔材在冷加工过程中出现横向断裂的原因,并且指出避免此种疵病的有效途径。
With the aid of the method of fracture mechanics and the determination of residual stress, the reason of transverse fracture of cold-drawn 55 high quality carbon structural steel during cold working was analyzed and an effective way to avoid such flaw was pointed out.
