目的:探讨液固压缩技术提高复方丹参片中丹参酮ⅡA溶出度的机制。方法:制备药液比为1:2,PEG400为液体载体,硅酸铝镁为载体材料和涂层材料的复方丹参液固压缩片,将其溶出度与市售的复方丹参片进行比较,并通过X-衍射和差示扫描量热分析考察丹参酮ⅡA的存在状态变化。结果:液固压缩片中丹参酮ⅡA的溶出度较市售片大幅度提高,X-衍射和差示扫描量热分析表明液固压缩片中丹参酮ⅡA的特征峰消失。结论:液固压缩技术可以改善丹参酮ⅡA的溶出度,快速释药。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of liquid-solid compression technology to improve the dissolution of tanshinone ⅡA in Fufang Danshen Tablets. Methods: The compound Danshen liquid-solid compressed tablets with the liquid-to-liquid ratio of 1: 2, PEG400 as the liquid carrier and aluminum silicate-magnesium as the carrier material and the coating material were prepared and their dissolution rates were compared with the commercially available compound Danshen tablets X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry analysis tanshinone Ⅱ A state of existence changes. Results: The dissolution of tanshinone ⅡA in the liquid-solid compressed tablets was significantly higher than that of the commercially available tablets. The results of X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry showed that the characteristic peaks of tanshinone Ⅱ A disappeared in the liquid-solid compressed tablets. Conclusion: Liquid-solid compression technology can improve the dissolution of tanshinone Ⅱ A and release rapidly.
