用水平热型连铸工艺制备了具有轴向排列柱状晶组织的CuAlBe管接头,研究了扩径温度对合金管接头相变滞后和扩径率的影响。结果表明:在低于M_s温度,扩径率最大为9.3%,随着温度升高到M_s~A_s和高于A_s扩径率逐渐降低。随着扩径率的增加,A_s和A_f升高,M_s变化不大,M_f则稍微降低;在最大扩径率为9.3%时,相变滞后达74℃。扩径率的增加还使回弹率升高而回复率下降。管接头具有良好的气密性和耐压性,连接管的极限耐压达18.6MPa。
CuAlBe tube joints with axially aligned columnar grains were prepared by the horizontal hot continuous casting process. The effect of expanding temperature on the phase transformation hysteresis and the expansion ratio of the tube joints was investigated. The results show that at a temperature below M_s, the maximum diameter expansion rate is 9.3%. With the increase of temperature to M_s A_s and higher than A_s, the diameter expansion rate decreases gradually. As the expansion rate increases, A_s and A_f increase, M_s changes little, and M_f decreases slightly; at the maximum expansion rate of 9.3%, the phase change lag reaches 74 ° C. The increase in the expansion rate also increases the rebound rate and the recovery rate decreases. Pipe joints have good air tightness and pressure resistance, the ultimate pressure of the connecting pipe up to 18.6MPa.
