立柱是液压支架主要部件,新国标中提出对液压支架立柱进行动载过载试验,为满足要求,对液压支架立柱动载过载试验系统进行研究。采用理论计算、液压原理设计、三维建模等方法研究立柱动载过载试验系统,利用蓄能器组快速释放功能,实现在短时间内释放大量高压液体,使被试立柱安全阀打开溢流,完成试验。设计的系统可在30 ms内达到动载过载试验的流量及压力要求。
