乳腺巨大肿瘤临床并不罕见,常见有纤维腺瘤、叶状肿瘤、泌乳腺瘤等,由于肿瘤巨大,皮肤紧绷,触诊不满意,临床诊断存在一定困难。本文对2005年1月至2012年8月期间我院经超声检查并手术病理证实的36例乳腺巨大肿瘤声像图表现进行回顾性分析,以进一步提高诊断与鉴别诊断水平。 Breast huge tumor is not uncommon clinical, common fibroadenoma, leaf tumor, lactating adenoma, etc., due to the huge tumor, tight skin, palpation are not satisfied, there are some clinical diagnosis of difficulties. In this paper, from January 2005 to August 2012 in our hospital by ultrasonography and surgical pathology confirmed 36 cases of giant breast tumor was retrospectively analyzed to further improve the diagnostic and differential diagnosis.
