普通小麦(T.aestivum)Kr1基因和Ph1基因不是同一个位点的一个证据

通过研究中国春ph1b突变体、中国春缺体5B-四体5D、中国春-Cheyenne5B二体代换系、中国春与兰州黑麦的杂交结实率,证明了在小麦中Kr1(kr1)基因和Ph1基因属于不同的位点。由笫五部分同源群染色体5B控制的可交配性和部分同源配对不是同一个位点的多效性。中国春ph1b突变体染色体5B缺失部分断裂点在kr1基因位点和Ph1基因位点之间。 By studying the crosses of Chinese spring ph1b mutant, Chinese springbody 5B-tetraspan 5D, Chinese Spring-Cheyenne5B, Chinese Spring and Lanzhou rye, we proved that Kr1 (kr1) gene and Ph1 genes belong to different sites. The mateability and the partial homology pairing controlled by the fifth group homologous group chromosome 5B are not pleiotropic at the same locus. The deletion site of the 5B deletion in the chromosome of Chinese spring ph1b mutant was between the kr1 locus and the Ph1 locus.
