在10万瓩机组安装中,从我们这个班的工作,体会到实干、巧干和协作支援的精神是很重要的。在8月份,全班工人除了苦干、实干、巧干的做好计划内的工作,超额完成了任务外,对工地领导上交给我们的一些临时支援兄弟班组,去完成某一项突击任务的时候,谁也没有怨言,和别班工人一块完成了突击任务。因此,还受到了工地领导上的表扬。从年初整顿队伍、学习了“全国一盘棋”的文件后,工人觉悟有很大的提高,大家不怕做困难活,都常说:“我们决不当那个伸手牌(派)的人”。
