目的　研究用SCP合剂治疗日本血吸虫病患者的效果。方法　 30例血吸虫病患者服用SCP合剂前后 ,观察超声影像及检测血清抗体IgG和IgG4 水平 ,以确定该合剂的临床效果。结果　经治疗后 1.5～ 3个月 ,肝实质超声影像显著改善者 15例 ;血清特异性抗体IgG水平显著上升 ,IgG4 水平明显下降。结论　用SCP合剂治疗血吸虫病患者 ,其肝实质病变显著减弱 ,抗体应答也表明SCP合剂能诱导出明显的免疫调节作用 Objective To study the effect of using SCP mixture in the treatment of schistosomiasis japonica. Methods Thirty cases of schistosomiasis patients before and after taking SCP mixture were observed ultrasound images and serum IgG and IgG4 levels to determine the clinical efficacy of the mixture. Results After 1.5 to 3 months after treatment, hepatic parenchymal ultrasound images were significantly improved in 15 cases; serum specific antibody IgG levels increased significantly, IgG4 levels decreased significantly. Conclusions In the treatment of schistosomiasis patients with SCP mixture, the pathological changes of hepatic parenchyma were significantly weakened, and the antibody response also showed that SCP mixture could induce a significant immunomodulatory effect
