目的探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒(彩超)血流显像对眼内异物的诊断价值。资料和方法运用高频超声及彩色多普勒血流显像技术探查伤眼,回顾性分析2003～2008年经随访手术证实的33只眼内异物的声像图特征。结果 33只伤眼经彩色多谱勒检查发现异物28只,异物检出率为84.85%(28/33),其中眼内异物24只(72.7%),眼球壁异物3只(9.1%),眼眶内异物1只(3%)。结论彩超对于眼内异物的检查具有特异性的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler (color Doppler) flow imaging in intraocular foreign bodies. Materials and Methods High-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging were used to detect the injured eyes. The characteristics of 33 intraocular foreign bodies confirmed by follow-up operation from 2003 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Totally 28 foreign bodies were detected by color Doppler in the 33 injured eyes. The detection rate of foreign bodies was 84.85% (28/33), of which 24 (72.7%) were intraocular foreign bodies and 3 (9.1%) were foreign bodies on the wall of eyes. Orbital foreign body 1 (3%). Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasonography for the detection of intraocular foreign body has a specific diagnostic value.
