企业是标准化的归宿。企业标准化是建立现代企业制度的一项重要的技术基础工作。如何搞好企业标准化工作,为发展企业经济服务,这是我国标准化工作者长期以来努力探求的问题之一。大家讨论认真,讲道理,摆事实,以理服人,对正确开展企业标准化工作起了积极作用。但迄今为止,对“建立以技术标准为主体,包括工作标准和管理标准在内的企业标准化系统”是否还符合我国广大企业的需要,推行工作标准和管理标准对加强企业管理是否能起积极作用,管理标准与管理制度是什么关系等等问题仍有不同甚至相反的看法。在学术问题上有争论是正常现象,是好事。这样,对的有利为大家所采纳,不对的也有利于让大家去纠正。这是标准化学术活跃和工作发展的反映。本刊坚持“百花齐放,百家争鸣”的方针,公平、客观地对待不同学派和不同学术观点,欢迎大家继续深入探讨,以便得出一个统一的认识,从而正确地把企业标准化引向深入发展阶段,促进企业技术进步和质量、效益的提高。 ——编者 Enterprises are the destination of standardization.
