随着我国人事管理制度改革的深入以及全国范围内人才流动趋抛的加剧,建立全国性的人事档案信息服务网络的呼声越来越高。特别是我国人事部与劳动和社会保障部已经合并为人力资源和社会保障部,这样的统一领导使国家人事档案信息服务网络建设不仅有了体制保障,也更具有可操作性。通过现代化管理手段开展人事档案信息服务工作,是一项崭新的业务,必须要进行多方面的探索,下面笔者仅就人事档案信息服务网络的建设目标及运行机制阐述一下个人的看法。一、建设目标
