根据“S”形凸轮轴加工曲面的特点,提出了凸轮轴的定位及装卡方案,并阐述了装卡工件的操作过程。重点针对辅助定位装置进行设计,设计了其夹紧机构、顶出机构和液压动力系统,分析了液压系统回路过程。
According to the characteristics of “S” shape camshaft machined surface, the paper puts forward the camshaft positioning and loading program, and expounds the operation process of loading the workpiece. Focusing on the design of the auxiliary positioning device, the clamping mechanism, ejector mechanism and hydraulic power system are designed. The hydraulic system circuit is analyzed.
