近年来,微信作为新兴的移动社交平台持续迅猛发展,尤其在微信5.0推出后,又推出了微信支付,标志着微信从单纯的社交平台开始向社交、营销等多功能平台迈进。各行业也积极涉足其中,推出相关的公众账号,探索基于微信平台的新型营销方式。中国银行总行电子银行部、创新研发部以及各省分行也相继推出了微信公众账号,在微信服务和微信营销方面进行了积极的尝试。中国银行北京市分行在2013年6月推出了“中国银行北京市分行电子银行部”公众服务账号,在微信服务和微信营销方面进行了一些探索,也引发了对未来微信银行发展的一些思考。
In recent years, WeChat has continued its rapid development as a new mobile social networking platform. Bank of China Beijing Branch launched the “Bank of China Beijing Branch Electronic Banking Department” Public Service Account in June 2013 and conducted some exploration in the WeChat service and WeChat marketing and also triggered some developments in the future of WeChat Banking Thinking.
