研究了不同结构形态的高岭土———层片状的茂名土和管状结构的苏州土以及高岭土颗粒尺寸对肼插层的影响 ,发现结构开放程度较小的苏州土较茂名土的肼插层速率和插层度低 ,并且存在着明确的肼的高、低浓度插层阈值 ,但它们的最佳插层肼浓度相同 .颗粒尺寸小的高岭土的插层能力比颗粒尺寸大的低 ,用结晶完整性随颗粒尺寸增大而增大解释了这一现象 .因此 ,肼对高岭土的插层难易应综合考虑高岭土结构的开放程度、层间键力强弱以及结晶的完整性
