本文报道了利用BlueRayon抽提浓缩饮用水中多环芳香烃(PAHs),继而测定其遗传毒性的方法。昆明松花坝水库水样抽提物在中国仓鼠卵巢细胞株(CHO)中显著诱发姊妹染色单体互换(P<0.01-0.05)。实验证明昆明松花坝水库水含有少量的多环芳香族诱变物质。治理周围环境,减少向水库内排污是提高水质的重要环节。利用BlueRayon抽提水样中多环芳香烃并随之对其进行遗传毒性评估是可靠、快速、简便的水质遗传安全性监测手段之一
In this paper, we report the extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from drinking concentrated drinking water by Blue Rayon and the determination of their genotoxicity. Water samples of Kunming Songhuaba reservoir significantly induced sister chromatid exchange in Chinese hamster ovary cell line (CHO) (P <0.01-0.05). Experiments show that Kunming Songhuaba reservoir water contains a small amount of polycyclic aromatic mutagenic substances. Governance the surrounding environment and reduce emissions to the reservoir is an important part of improving water quality. The extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in water samples with their subsequent genotoxicity assessment using Blue Rayon is one of the reliable, rapid and easy means to monitor the genetic safety of water quality
