目的:探讨半导体激光对小儿扁桃体切除术后的疗效。方法:将双侧扁桃体切除术患儿360名,随机分为两组各180名,两组均予抗炎对症等常规治疗护理,试验组加用半导体激光治疗。治疗3天后观察两组疼痛评分、咽部黏膜充血水肿及白膜生长情况。结果:两组患儿在咽痛、黏膜充血水肿及白膜生长情况比较均有显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:小儿扁桃体切除术后应用半导体激光照射,有消炎、止血、止痛,加快愈合的作用,并且治疗时间短,操作方便,安全有效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of semiconductor laser on pediatric tonsillectomy. Methods: A total of 360 children with bilateral tonsillectomy were randomly divided into two groups of 180. The two groups were given routine nursing care such as anti-inflammatory and symptomatic treatment. The experimental group was treated with semiconductor laser. After 3 days of treatment, the pain scores, pharyngeal mucosal congestion and edema and the growth of the albuginea were observed. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in sore throat, mucosal congestion and edema and the growth of the albuginea (P <0.001). Conclusion: The application of semiconductor laser irradiation after pediatric tonsillectomy has anti-inflammatory, hemostatic and analgesic effects and accelerates the healing process. The treatment time is short, and the operation is convenient, safe and effective.
