众所周知,肿瘤的发生与机体免疫状态密切相关,肿瘤在体内的发生发展正是机体免疫监视系统与肿瘤细胞之间的作用失调所致,免疫监视能力降低肿瘤细胞得以逃逸而生长,在免疫监视系统中,活化的T细胞及其所分泌的细胞因子与NK细胞的作用是其重要的组成,特别是NK细胞(CD56~+细胞)是在B或T细胞功能基本缺失或不能分化的情况下,以正常形式存在的一种成熟的细胞毒细胞,是机体早期肿瘤免疫监视的重要效应细胞.本研究分析了卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌与子宫叽瘤患者PBL的表型及细胞毒活性变化,结果表明,用IL-2(2000 U/ml)刺激PBL5d后其CD4,CD56及CD25的表达有明显的提高,CD56~+细胞数有听增加.IL-2
