根据港口主要技术工种标准和鉴定规范的要求,可将技能考核内容分解为两部分,即把各工种的基础知识应用、技能的基本功,以及工具量具仪器等基本工器具的应用等作为考核内容的基本技能部分,把操作技能、岗位相关技能、设备使用与维护及安全生产等,作为技能考核内容中的岗位技能部分,实施分步考核。 (一)基本技能考核的实施 基本技能的考核可采取相对集中的方式,在固定的鉴定场所进行。基础知识的应用方面可采用语言模拟的方式进行;技能的基本功可采取限时操作或模拟操作以及纸笔模拟的方式进行;而对工具、量具仪器使用的测试可根据测试项目,在操作台上多人同时进行。
