目的 :探讨一种摘出严重脱位晶体的手术方法。方法 :利用粘弹剂的推压力 ,使严重脱位之晶体完整娩出。结果 :本组病例2 0眼中除 2例术中改用其他方法外 ,其余各例晶体均完整娩出 ,术中、术后未见明显并发症。结论 :此手术方法对晶体脱出于前房者最适合 ,晶体脱位较严重仍位于后房而未向后明显移位者亦可应用。 Objective: To explore a surgical method of removing severely dislocated crystals. Methods: The use of viscoelastic pressure, so that a serious dislocation of the crystal was delivered. Results: In the group of 20 cases, 2 cases were treated with other methods instead of the other 2 cases. All the other cases were completely delivered with no obvious intraoperative and postoperative complications. Conclusion: This surgical method is most suitable for the prolapse of the anterior chamber in patients with crystal, the more severe dislocation of the lens is still located in the posterior chamber and not significantly rearward displacement can also be applied.
