一、前言由于船载电子设备要受到冲击、振动、摇摆等机械环境的影响,因此,要求在设计安装系统时必须采取必要的减振、防冲等措施。按常规的设计是在设备的底面和后壁安装减振器,并通过它与舱室的地面和后壁连接,以构成一个隔震系统。这样做当然结构上是比较简单的,也能起隔震作用,然而,它也存在很大缺点。我们知道,船上的舱室小,设备的背面不能进人,即没有可接近性,因此,要排除背后的故障点是很困难的。为了解决这一问题,我们在设备上设计和安装了一种快锁机构,不但起减振、防冲作用,而且不用任何专用工具或通用工具,即能快速地安装和拆除整个设备。
