铸造高熔合金铸件常用的包埋法为有圈法,其铸件往往达不到理想的要求。原因是铸模在金属圈包绕下,加热膨胀受到限制,包埋料的热膨胀不均,铸件易发生变形。为了提高铸件的质量,近年来我科试用了球形包埋法,为国内首次报道,效果良好。所谓球形包埋法是使用上下能分开的球形塑料薄壳,将蜡型插入其内,再灌注磷酸盐包埋料,然后进行常规铸造的一种新型包埋法。本文就该法的操作方法及特点作一介绍,以供同道参考。
