高职酒店管理专业“2+1”校企双主体育人模式研究——以厦门兴才职业技术学院为例

随着我国旅游酒店业的深入发展,酒店行业对酒店专业人才的需求数量越来越大,同时对人才的质量要求也越来越高。各高职院校酒店管理专业为了满足酒店行业人才的需求,在培养过程中采用了不同的人才培养模式。文章以厦门兴才职业技术学院酒店管理专业为例,论述其“2+1”校企双主体育人的人才培养模式构建及实施效果,探讨高职院校酒店管理专业高素质人才培养的具体措施。 With the further development of tourism hotel industry in our country, the demand for hotel professionals in hotel industry is getting larger and larger, meanwhile, the quality requirements of talents are getting higher and higher. In order to meet the needs of the hotel industry professionals, hotel management professionals in higher vocational colleges have adopted different modes of personnel training in the training process. Taking Xiamen Xingcai Vocational and Technical College Hotel Management Specialty as an example, this paper discusses the construction and implementation effect of its “2 + 1 ” model of personnel training for both college and university students and probes into the training of high quality talents in hotel management specialty of higher vocational colleges Specific measures.
