应用MPTP大鼠溃疡模型,观察一氧化氮(NO)、多巴胺(DA)对该模型的影响。MPTP注射后NO合成酶(NOs)明显减弱,NNA(Nw硝基精氨酸)能加剧MPTP减少粘膜血流,并削弱DA逆转血流减少的作用。提示NO参与DA调节粘膜血流的作用,NOS活力降低是实验性胃十二指肠粘膜损害的重要因素。
The model of MPTP rat ulcer was used to observe the effects of nitric oxide (NO) and dopamine (DA) on this model. NO synthase (NOs) was significantly attenuated after MPTP injection. NNA (N-nitro-arginine) could aggravate MPTP to reduce mucosal blood flow and weaken the effect of DA on reverse blood flow reduction. It is suggested that NO participates in the regulation of mucosal blood flow by DA, and the decrease of NOS activity is an important factor in the damage of experimental gastroduodenal mucosa.
