为了解皖南尖吻蝮蛇毒中NAD糖苷水解酶内Cu(Ⅱ)的配位情况,我们着重研究了它的EPR谱,从得到的谱图,对应的g因子和超精细分裂表明NADase内的Cu(Ⅱ)至少与三个氮原子相配位,并且呈变形的平面四边形。该结果与Cu(Ⅱ)模型配合物的EPR比较显示,NADase中与Cu(Ⅱ)配位的氮原子可能来源于NADase分子侧链上组氨酸的咪唑集团。
In order to understand the complexation of Cu (Ⅱ) in NAD glycoside hydrolase in Agkistrodon acutus venom, we focused on its EPR spectra. From the obtained spectra, the corresponding g-factor and hyperfine division showed that Cu (II) is coordinated with at least three nitrogen atoms and has a deformed planar quadrangle. The results show that the nitrogen atoms coordinated with Cu (Ⅱ) in NADase may be derived from the imidazole group of histidine on the side chain of NADase molecule.
