针对安塞油田杏七注水源不足的问题,实施水源井挖潜增效。准确录取分析8口水源井的动液面、产水量、泵深、管线规格等生产参数,对有潜力的4口水源井优化泵深、泵扬程和排量等井下生产参数。实施后杏七注水源井总产水量提高了8.9m3/h,同时每方水的能耗下降了0.3KWh。
In view of the insufficient water supply problem of apricot seven in Ansai Oilfield, the water source wells are used to tap the potential and enhance the efficiency. Accurately admit and analyze the production parameters of dynamic water level, water production, pump depth and pipeline specifications of 8 water source wells, and optimize downhole production parameters such as pump depth, pump lift and displacement of potential 4 water source wells. After the implementation of apricot seven injection wells increased the total water production of 8.9m3 / h, while the energy consumption of each party decreased by 0.3KWh.
