胶束毛细管电泳法(MECC)是一种基于胶束增溶和毛细管区带电泳相结合的新型色谱方法。具有快速、简便、高效、低耗、抗污染、抗干扰能力强等特点,在分离中性分子方面具有独特的作用。其分离原理是在缓冲溶液中加入大于临界胶束浓度的表面活性剂(如十二烷基硫酸钠,SDS),使样品分子在形成的“准固定相”和“缓冲溶液水相”之间的分配系数不同,显示出不同的迁移速度,是一种极具发展前途的分离分析方法。
