为探索危险品装卸作业对工人的遗传毒性效应 ,应用AOD、SOS Umu原位法对铁路主要危险品专办站进行空气监测 ;应用Ames试验测定接触工人尿液致突变物负荷 ,应用血液微核试验、SCE试验测定对机体的致突变性效应。结果危险品库房AOD值与对照点相比有极显著性差异 ,SOS Umu试验呈现阳性反应。尿液Ames试验TA98、TA10 0菌株阳性反应率均升高 ,有明显剂量反应关系 ,工人外周血淋巴细胞微核率、SCE显著高于对照组。表明危险品装卸作业污染可引起工人机体致突变性效应 ,并与危险品站工人肿瘤高发可能存在因果关系。
In order to explore the genotoxic effects of dangerous goods loading and unloading work on workers, AOD and SOS Umu in situ methods were used to monitor the air quality of major railway dangerous goods stations. The Ames test was used to measure the load of mutagen exposed to workers urine and the application of blood micronuclei Test, SCE test to determine the effect of mutagenicity on the body. Results The AOD value of dangerous goods warehouse had extremely significant difference compared with the control point, and the SOS Umu test showed a positive reaction. The urine Ames test TA98, TA10 0 strains were positive response rates were significantly dose-response relationship, workers peripheral blood lymphocytes micronucleus rate, SCE was significantly higher than the control group. It indicates that contamination of dangerous goods loading and unloading operations may cause mutagenic effects on workers’ bodies and there may be a causal relationship between them and the high risk of workers in dangerous goods stations.
