今年以来,台州市档案局(馆)结合全省开展的“增强职业精神,提升职业能力”活动,在全市档案系统开展了以“增强学习力、增强创新力、增强战斗力、增强执行力和增强凝聚力”为主要内容的“增强五力”活动,着力打造一支能当“三士”(“谋士”“院士”“战士”)的档案工作队伍,积极营造“四业”(敬业、勤业、创业、立业)的档案工作氛围,开创了台州档案事业发展的新局面。
