一、前言摩擦试验机是用来测定材料的摩擦系数和磨损率的检验设备。这种设备国内虽有产品出售,但价格一般较贵,而且适用性也受到限制。我们用Z006型台钻配以摩擦试验装置,作成了一台简易摩擦试验机,它具有结构简单、维修容易,操作方便、读数准确等优点,而且花费很少。这种摩擦试验机可测定材料在大气和油脂润滑环境下的摩擦系数和磨损率;取掉摩擦试验装置,仍可以作钻床使用,无损于台钻结构的完整性。

The friction tester can be removed and used as a drill press without compromising the integrity of the bench drill.
