PbS红外探测器是一种室温、高灵敏、多晶薄膜器件。它在国防上至今仍广泛应用。这种薄膜器件的主要缺点是噪音比较大,特别是在大批生产中出现的“噪音极化”现象是一种不稳定的因素。它不仅影响到整机使用,也在相当程度上影响到生产厂家的经济收益。我们认为这是一个从生产中提出的实际问题,它直接关系到整机使用和生产厂的年产值和巨额收益。因此,进行一定的基础性研究工作,从微观上揭示出这种“噪音极化”现象的
PbS infrared detector is a room temperature, high sensitivity, polycrystalline thin film devices. It is still widely used in national defense. The main disadvantage of this thin-film device is the relatively loud noises, especially the phenomenon of “noise polarization” occurring in mass production is an unstable factor. It not only affects the whole machine, but also to a considerable extent affect the economic benefits of the manufacturer.
