利用具有显性杂合单基因Tal核不育直接导入小麦育种程序,建成初级抗赤霉病基因库所展开的资源群体育种,不同于普通的鉴定筛选和常规杂交。本试验是建群后第一年,它由5个农艺亲本与15个抗源及农艺补充亲本之间互交,从中选取75个对赤霉病具有一定抗性的F_1组合混合而成。为了阐明该群体的农艺性状,抗赤霉病性水平,以及异交结实程度,对群体中的部分分离单株作了定株调查,为基因库在育种上的应用提供依据。一、材料与方法组成基因库杂种群体的材料由“小麦抗赤霉病基因库课题”协作组提供(见表1)。。
