采用叶片浸蘸法测定 4株苏云金杆菌 (Bt)菌株对小地老虎 1龄幼虫的毒性 ,毒力回归式分别为 Y =11.6 36 1+2 2 .36 6 5X (Bt94 )、 Y =3.0 74 6 +15.5579X (Bt95)、 Y =8.0 4 0 0 +2 3.52 95X (Bt96 )、 Y =7.340 9+18.2 990 X (Bt97) .Bt对小地老虎 1- 3龄幼虫的毒杀效果随幼虫龄期上升呈显著下降 .Bt处理 3龄幼虫的死亡率仅在 0 - 5.0 0 % ,与对照无显著差异 .经初步观察 ,受测菌株对小地老虎有一定的亚致死效应 ,表现在幼虫对 Bt处理的叶片有拒食现象 ,幼虫增重明显低于对照
