由包头钢铁设计研究院,武汉安全环保研究院和中国煤机公司淮南钢铁厂共同开发研制的高滤速袋式除尘器净化高炉煤气技术,首次在淮南钢铁厂75m~3高炉上工业性试验成功。该技术的主要特征是采用低压脉冲喷吹快速清灰代替定期反吹清灰;以合纤针刺毡及玻璃纤针刺毡长滤袋代替玻纤织布袋。通过9个月连续运行表明:净煤气含尘量不超过10mg/m~3(一般在5mg/m~3以下);煤气过滤速度最高可达2.17m/min,相当过滤负荷130m~3/(h·m~2),较反吹式布袋
From Baotou Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute, Wuhan Institute of Safety and Environmental Protection Huainan Iron and Steel Plant, China Coal Mining Company jointly developed a high-speed filter bag filter gas purification technology blast furnace, for the first time in Huainan Iron and Steel Plant 75m ~ 3 blast furnace industrial test success .
