随着中国经济的发展以及国内市场的深化开放，中日经贸关系得到了突飞猛进的发展，企业对日语人才的需求大为增加，各院校尤其独立学院都纷纷办起了日语专业，日语专业毕业生的就业情况成为了各大高校关注点，据统计发现日语毕业生就业存在就业质量较低的现象，提高其就业质量已成为我们亟待解决的问题。
