随着社会经济水平的不断提高,我国的各方面事业的发展进程都有了飞速的提高,医疗事业也是如此,在新的形势背景之下,我国医疗事业的发展进入了一个新的阶段,医院政工队伍的发展也越来越壮大,对医院政工人员的要求也越来越高。时代在不停的进步,传统的医院政工队伍建设方法、理念都已经落后,需要根据当今实际情况,制定符合当今社会要求的医院政工队伍建设的新方法。本篇文章就主要围绕新形势背景下,我国医院政工队伍建设的具体路径。
