近几年来,我国医疗卫生事业发展迅速,医院作为市场经济中的一个经济实体,自主经营、自主管理,自负盈亏已成为医院生存和发展的必由之路。如何提高医院的社会效益和经济效益,促进医院经营朝着持续、健康、稳定的方向发展?医院管理者往往十分看中经济收入的数字,而忽略了医院统计信息的内容。我认为:医院统计信息在考核医院质量管理中、考核医院经营目标管理中、领导经营决策管理中、有效地开发利用人力、物力、财力资源管理中起着不可替代的作用。 In recent years, the rapid development of medical and health undertakings in our country has led hospitals to operate independently as an economic entity in the market economy. Their own management, self-financing and profit-making have become the only way for the survival and development of the hospital. How to improve the hospital’s social and economic benefits, and promote the hospital management in a sustainable, healthy and stable direction? Hospital administrators tend to pay very much attention to the figures of economic income, while ignoring the contents of the hospital’s statistical information. I think: hospital statistical information plays an irreplaceable role in the assessment of hospital quality management, assessment of hospital management objectives and management, leadership management decision-making, effective development and utilization of manpower, material and financial resources.
