新常态下高职学生创业创新素质决定了职业化发展方向,同时也在一定程度上反映了高职教学质量。面对竞争越来越大的社会现实,积极地促进高职学生创业创新能力提升成为值得探讨的话题。对于高职教学来说,其核心教学目标是培养实践性的优秀人才,这就必须要有效的来实现对于学生创业创新能力的培养。本文将结合目前高职学生创业创新实践中存在的问题进行研究,并对如何提升学生的创业创新能力展开讨论。
Under the new normal, the quality of pioneering and innovative students in higher vocational education determines the direction of professional development, and to a certain extent, reflects the quality of higher vocational education. Faced with the increasingly competitive social reality, it is worth discussing actively to promote the improvement of entrepreneurship and innovation ability of higher vocational students. For higher vocational education, its core teaching goal is to train practical talents, which must be effective to achieve the entrepreneurial innovation ability of students. This article will combine the current problems in the practice of entrepreneurship and innovation of vocational students to carry out research, and to discuss how to enhance students’ entrepreneurial innovation ability.
