采用切入式成形磨削工艺磨削外球面过程中,工件的球形轮廓表面将产生形位误差。球面圆弧中心径向位移是工件产生球面轮廓形状误差的主要原 因,而球面圆弧中心轴向位移则是球面产生球形对称度误差的主要原因。球面轮廓的形位误差还受到机床精度、砂轮工作表面的球面圆弧曲线修整精度及砂轮磨损均匀度等因素的影响。附图3幅。
The use of plunge-forming grinding process of spherical outer surface, the workpiece spherical surface profile will produce the shape error. The radial displacement of the center of the spherical arc is the main reason for the shape error of the spherical surface of the workpiece. The axial displacement of the center of the spherical arc is the main reason for the spherical symmetry error generated by the spherical surface. Spherical shape of the position error is also affected by the machine tool accuracy, grinding wheel surface arc curve trimming accuracy and wheel wear uniformity and other factors. Figure 3 Figure.
