介绍了确定大型 42CrMo铸钢主轨 (30 0mm宽 )中频感应加热淬火及回火工艺的试验过程。通过控制设备的功率、频率、二次电压及工件的移动速度 ,使主轨透热层深 >30mm。选用合理的淬火剂 ,防止了主轨的开裂和变形 ,使有效硬化层深达 2 2~ 2 6mm。确定后的工艺已成功应用于长江三峡大坝及电站主轨的表面感应热处理。
The test procedure for determining medium frequency induction heating quenching and tempering of a large 42CrMo cast steel main rail (300 mm wide) was introduced. Through the control of equipment power, frequency, secondary voltage and the workpiece moving speed, so that the main track diathermy depth> 30mm. Choose a reasonable quenching agent, to prevent the main rail cracking and deformation, so that the effective hardened layer depth of 2 2 ~ 26mm. The determined process has been successfully applied to the surface of the Three Gorges Dam and the main rail surface induction heat treatment.
