目的通过研究紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对致龋菌生长、产酸的影响,探讨紫地榆能否有效调节口腔菌群生态平衡。方法采用试管二倍稀释法研究紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对两种主要致龋菌生长和代谢的影响,先测定紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对变形链球菌、粘性放线菌最低抑菌浓度(MIC)及最低杀菌浓度(MBC);再测定低于MIC的4个浓度的紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对两种致龋菌产酸的影响。结果紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位对两种致龋菌的生长、产酸均有一定的抑制作用。结论紫地榆正丁醇萃取部位可影响致龋菌生长代谢,可能是一种天然防龋药物,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective To study the effects of n-butanol extraction on the growth and acid production of cariogenic bacteria and to explore whether purple alder can effectively regulate the ecological balance of oral flora. Methods The effects of n-butanol extractions on the growth and metabolism of two major cariogenic bacteria were studied by two-fold dilution of test tube. The effects of n-butanol extract on the growth of Streptococcus mutans and viscous actinomycetes were studied. Bacterial concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were measured. The effects of n-butanol extract at 4 concentrations below MIC on the acidogenicity of two cariogenic bacteria were determined. Results n-Butyl alcohol extract of two parts of cariogenic bacteria growth, acid production have a certain inhibitory effect. Conclusion n-Butyl alcohol extraction site may affect the growth and metabolism of cariogenic bacteria, which may be a natural anti-caries drug worth further study.
