目的:本文采用气质联用法,以黄瓜为基质,建立了15种常用及已被禁止在蔬菜上使用的农药的残留快速扫描方法。方法:各农药组分回收率在69.38%~138.20%之间;相对标准偏差在4.78%~23.70%之间;方法的最低检出限在0.0044~0.0632 mg/kg之间。并应用所建立的方法研究了9种农药在黄瓜上喷施后的残留情况,在固定间隔时间内检测瓜体上的残留量。结果:所得到的数据可同时告诉我们哪些农药适合在什么作物上使用以及各种农药在同一作物上的降解速率。结论:这一研究为指导农民用药以及快速简便的得到各农药喷施后在不同作物上的安全间隔期具有重要意义,也为同时研究多种农药在同一作物上的降解提供一种可行的方法。
OBJECTIVE: In this paper, GC-MS method was used to establish a rapid scanning method for 15 pesticides commonly used and banned on vegetables. Methods: The recoveries of pesticides ranged from 69.38% to 138.20%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 4.78% to 23.70%. The minimum detection limits were between 0.0044 and 0.0632 mg / kg. And the application of the established method to study the residue of 9 kinds of pesticides after spraying on the cucumber, at a fixed interval of time to detect the melon body residues. Results: The data obtained tells us at the same time which pesticides are suitable for use on which crops and the rate of degradation of various pesticides on the same crop. Conclusion: This study is of great significance to guide peasant medicine and to quickly and easily obtain the safety interval between different pesticides after spraying, and to provide a feasible method for studying the degradation of multiple pesticides on the same crop at the same time .
