卧镗主要用来加工箱体类零件和复杂的有座标尺寸要求的零件,过去我厂加工时是用块规和百分表来确定坐标位置,精度差、效率低,操作不方便。75年开始我们在一台旧式T611A卧镗上采用了直线感应同步器数显装置后,保证了精度,提高了效率,到目前为止,实际使用近七年,已取得了较好的效果。该机床坐标定位精度在全行程内可达到0.03毫米,座标加工精度可达到0.05毫米,提高效率在10%以上。
Horizontal boring machine is mainly used to process parts of the box body and complex coordinate dimensions required parts, in the past I plant processing block coordinates and dial indicator to determine the coordinates, poor accuracy, low efficiency, inconvenient operation. Since the beginning of the 75 years, we have adopted the linear induction synchronizer digital display device on an old T611A horizontal boring machine to ensure accuracy and increase efficiency. So far, the actual use for nearly seven years has yielded good results. The machine coordinate positioning accuracy of up to 0.03 mm in the whole trip, coordinate processing accuracy can reach 0.05 mm, improve efficiency at 10%.
