前向式多叶片离心通风机噪声机理及治理研究──三、导流吸声结构及试验研究

本文首先阐明了前向式多叶片离心风机导流吸声降噪结构的降噪机理和设计思路,并结合该类型风机的结构特点设计出包括进口导流吸声锥、电机根部导流吸声锥以及出口导流吸声蜗舌三项措施联合而成的一套独特的风机导流吸声降噪结构;然后,在试验研究的基础上,对导流吸声结构的结构形式及参数进行了优化,确定出降噪效果最佳的措施各参数,最终实现较好的降噪效果。 This paper first clarifies the noise reduction mechanism and design ideas of the forward-type multi-bladed centrifugal fan for diversion sound-absorbing and noise-reducing structure. Combined with the structural features of this type of fan, the design includes the inlet guide sound absorbing cone, Cone and outlet diversion snorkel three measures combined a unique set of fan diversion sound absorption and noise reduction structure; and then, on the basis of experimental study, the diversion of sound-absorbing structure structure and parameters of the structure Optimized to determine the noise reduction effect of the best measures of the parameters, and ultimately achieve better noise reduction.
