一、從「單槍匹馬」式的講課到集體敎學 解放初期,我們學校的社會發展史和新民主主義論兩門課,都沒有專任的敎員;因此,敎員的流動性很大,到去年只剩下兩個敎課敎員和三個輔導敎員。當時,全校學習新民主主義論的學生共有一千三百餘人,分五班上課(僅沙灘區)。在這種情況之下,一切教學工作都是主講敎員單槍匹馬來搞,當講稿寫成之後,敎研組的其他同志因無教學經驗又缺乏理論上的準備,討論會上都很少發表意見。討論會經常寂寞得令人難受。主講敎員常常爲了準備講課材料、寫講稿、講課等,忙得寢食不安。至於講課,也是「單槍匹馬」「打通關」,從文學院到醫預,一星期連續講授三、四班;有時甚至一天講授六小時到九小時。後來,我們的教研組教員人數雖然增加到十八人(其中講師一、助敎一三、助理四),但是,除個別敎員有些講課的經驗外,絕大部分都是既無講課經敎,又缺乏理論上的修養,並且半數以上的敎員是沒有畢業新調到敎研組來的。

From literary schools to medical schools, three or four classes are taught continuously for one week, and six hours to nine hours a day. Later, although the number of teaching and research staff in our teaching and research division increased to 18 (including lecturers 1, 2, 3 and 4), most of them have neither lectures nor lectures, Lack of theoretical accomplishments, and more than half of them have not graduated to the research group.
