Objective: To explore the use of PDCA cycle management tools to reduce complications after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. Methods: 494 patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the management group. The patients before PDCA were control group, which was the result of various complications of radial artery puncture after coronary artery surgery in 270 patients in our department from January to September 2014. The management group was October 2014 ~ In June 2015, PDCA circulation was used to investigate 224 patients who underwent radial artery puncture after complication in our department. Results: There was a significant reduction in the incidence of zero and mild complications with the use of the PDCA cycle management tool, which was statistically significant compared with the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The PDCA cycle management tools can effectively reduce the complications caused by radial artery puncture, to ensure the quality of care and patient safety, and play a good role in the key areas of clinical care and implementation of the improvement process, is a Worth to promote the care management tools.
